The Minnesota Warmline provides a peer-to-peer approach to mental health recovery, support and wellness. Calls are answered by our team of professionally trained Certified Peer Specialists, who have first hand experience living with a mental health condition.

The Warmline provides a safe, anonymous and confidential environment to connect with people who are here to listen…here to help.

GENERAL MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

    Facilitated by young adults who live with mental illnesses who are doing well in recovery.  National Alliance on Mental Illness.  (online and some in person; check calendar for current status)  18-30

NAMI Support Group for BIPOC Community Members  NAMI Connection offers a for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color) LGBTQIA+ adults living with a mental illness.

  Free, drop-in women’s support group through Tubman Center. Meets virtually Wednesdays 11-12.

   Emotions Anonymous is a 12-Step group for people who want to get support for recovery from emotional difficulties. This site describes the program and has a group finder so you can locate a group near you. You may also call the AA Intergroup number for the Twin Cities at 952-922-0880.

— Tubman    An ongoing, drop-in support group for people who are experiencing or have experienced relationship abuse, including emotional, verbal, physical, sexual or financial abuse. Participants at all stages of healing are welcome.
