It is important to know that counseling services from these professional counselors are privileged and confidential and will not generate an investigation, unless the allegations involve a minor, vulnerable adult, or an imminent threat to the life of a person. Augsburg has a contract with the located on the so that Augsburg students may use their services at no charge; you need to identify yourself as an Augsburg student when you contact them. The Aurora Center provides sexual assault, stalking, and relationships violence support 24/7. If you seek medical services at a hospital, you may request that the Aurora Center be called and request a sexual assault advocate to accompany you during your exam.
