Expand Your Education Beyond the Classroom

Augsburg University encourages students to broaden their learning experiences by engaging with peers and professionals beyond campus—whether in South Dakota or South Africa..

Each year, professional organizations such as:

  • host conferences across the U.S., providing Augsburg students with opportunities to gain industry knowledge, build interpersonal and networking skills, and connect with professionals and peers in their fields

For international experiences, students can:

  • Study abroad
  • Conduct research or independent studies in another country
  • Join a short-term travel seminar

With support from Augsburg’s Center for Global Education and Experience, students can tailor programs to fit their academic and personal interests.
