What You’ll Learn

Group of adults learning together

Participants leave each session with practical tools they can apply immediately. Across the series, leaders develop the ability to:

  • Identify their core strengths, values, and personal leadership philosophy
  • Articulate and navigate their most pressing leadership challenges
  • Apply structured decision-making models to complex, real-world situations
  • Communicate with clarity, build psychological safety, and engage teams more effectively
  • Establish habits, reflection practices, and accountability structures for sustainable leadership growth

Workshop Sessions Options

While workshops can be customized, here are a few examples of sessions offered previously. These sessions are designed as a two-hour, facilitator-led experience — available virtually or in person — and builds progressively toward a cohesive leadership development journey. Sessions can be delivered as a full series or as stand-alone workshops.

Leadership 101: An exploration of servant leadership and Whole Person leadership concept. Participants examine the distinction between management and leadership, discover their Dependable Strengths, and begin articulating personal values and mission.

Articulating Challenges and Developing Personal Plans: Participants identify their most significant leadership challenges and build actionable personal development plans. Using STW frameworks, they connect personal beliefs to decision-making and leave with concrete next steps.

Communication and Engagement: Leaders strengthen their communication toolkit — learning appreciative inquiry techniques, identifying key collaborators, building feedback loops, and cultivating the psychological safety that drives team engagement.

Building an Ongoing Practice: The series closes by helping leaders build resilient, sustainable habits. Participants apply change management principles, consider a growth mindset strategy, and create reflection and accountability practices suited to their evolving professional environment.

Customizable to Your Organization

No two organizations face the same leadership challenges. That’s why each workshop in this series is designed with flexibility at its core. Whether your team is navigating organizational change, developing emerging leaders, or seeking to align culture with values, sessions can be adapted in focus, framing, and application to meet your specific goals. Work directly with us to shape a Whole Leadership Development Learning Plan that reflects your organization’s priorities.
