聽General Information
- Alumni may request a replacement diploma for $20.00 plus shipping and handling fees.
- Alumni will receive complimentary access to their digital diploma by ordering a replacement diploma.
- No ordering option exists for “digital diploma only.”
- Replacement diplomas may only be requested by the聽degree recipient.
- Please note: If you recently graduated, there is no need to order a replacement diploma. Degrees are posted approximately two weeks after grades for final requirements are submitted, and diplomas are mailed 4-6 weeks after the degree is posted.
- Diplomas are typically produced by and mailed from Parchment.
- In the rare case that you need a notarized replacement diploma, first send an email to graduation@augsburg.edu. After receiving an acknowledgement of your notarization request from the Graduation Team, order the replacement diploma through Parchment.
