Summer 2024 is the last term of the 2023-2024 academic year. For most students, aid will be based on eligibility from the 2023-2024 FAFSA. The last date to submit a 2023-2024 FAFSA is June 30, 2024.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Students who are graduating at the end of the summer or fall term may be eligible to use aid from the 2024-2025 award year. \u00a0Students should contact the Student Financial Services office at studentfinances@augsburg.edu<\/a> with this information. Please list the number of credits you are planning on taking during the summer and fall. \u00a0Students would still need to complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
For many students, summer classes may be an out-of-pocket expense. Augsburg offers students a 2 month (June and July) payment plan. Enrollment will begin after the May statement become available.\u00a0 Some students may qualify for federal student loans, but some may need to borrow a private student loan. Students with a credit-worthy cosigner may borrow private student loans. Sallie Mae does not require half time status. SELF and Discover do require at least half time enrollment status.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Students without enough aid to cover summer costs will have the option to sign up for a 2 month payment plan, with payments being due June 1st and July 1st.<\/div>\n
