{"id":40339,"date":"2021-07-13T16:41:38","date_gmt":"2021-07-13T16:41:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/studentfinancial\/?page_id=40339"},"modified":"2024-08-05T17:19:11","modified_gmt":"2024-08-05T17:19:11","slug":"transcript-release-financial-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/studentfinancial\/policies\/transcript-release-financial-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Transcript Release Financial Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Official transcripts cannot be released if you have an unpaid balance greater than $1,000, unless you meet one of the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The transcript is to be sent directly to an employer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You have been a recipient of Federal Title IV funds for at least one term that has been paid in full.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have been participating in an extended payment plan for more than a month and are current on that plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have enrolled in an extended payment plan lasting six months or less, within the last month, and have made your initial payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>An unwritten-off balance has been turned over to a collection agency<\/li>\n<li>Your unpaid balance is the result of a billing or aid disbursement error on Augsburg&#8217;s part.<\/li>\n<li>Your are currently incarcerated in a Minnesota correctional facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have a unpaid balance below $1,000 or meet one of these conditions, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/registrar\/transcripts\/\">you may order a transcript by visiting the registrar&#8217;s office and submitting a request.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you need help setting up a payment plan option, please email &#x73;t&#x75;&#100;&#x65;&#110;t&#x66;i&#x6e;&#97;&#x6e;&#99;e&#x73;&#64;&#x61;&#117;g&#x73;b&#x75;&#114;&#x67;&#46;e&#x64;u<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Official transcripts cannot be released if you have an unpaid balance greater than $1,000, unless you meet one of the following conditions: The transcript is to be sent directly to an employer.
