Students are eligible for a 100% tuition refund for any courses they drop without notation through the date labeled \u201cLast day to drop without a \u2018W\u2019 grade & 100% refund \u2013 Full Semester class*\u201d on the Academic Calendar. \u00a0After this date, students are no longer eligible for any refund of tuition unless they withdraw from all of their courses. \u00a0This policy is effective whether or not a student has attended classes.<\/p>\n
Students withdrawing from all of a term\u2019s courses may receive a 50% tuition refund when they withdraw by the date labeled \u201cLast day to withdraw from all classes with 50% refund \u2013 Full Semester class*\u201d on the Academic Calendar<\/a>.<\/p>\n If you are dropping or withdrawing from a course, other than a Full Semester course, please contact Student Financial Services to review the tuition refund policy.<\/p>\n Please note that this policy does not apply to study abroad and study away programs, which are administered by Augsburg\u2019s Center for Global Education and Experience (CGEE). For refund policies pertaining to study abroad and study away, students should review the CGEE cancellation agreement for their individual program.<\/p>\n
