2026-2027 Housing CONTRACTS AVailable march 2!<\/span><\/h2>\n

Since 2023, we have welcomed graduate students into our active and inclusive on-campus community. Graduate housing is available in Luther Hall and Oren Gateway Center (a substance-free environment); all graduate students are guaranteed their own furnished bedroom in a shared apartment with other graduate students. We provide flexible Contract start timelines to align with graduate program academic calendars.<\/strong><\/div>\n

Starting March 2, 2026, you can find the 2026-2027 Graduate Student Housing Contract on your\u00a0Housing Portal.<\/a>\u00a0If you are new to Augsburg for Fall 2026, you will need to have completed your AugNet activation process- AugNet information is required to access your Housing Portal.<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Accessibility and Accommodations<\/h3>\n

If you have a physical,\u00a0 mental health, or other disability and believe you need a reasonable accommodation or modification to have equal opportunity and meaningful access to campus housing, documentation from an appropriate licensed professional supporting your request must be provided to the CLASS\/Disability Resources office. For priority consideration, please submit requests no later than June 15, 2026 for incoming and transfer students<\/strong>. While we will evaluate requests received after these dates on an individual basis, we cannot guarantee we will have the appropriate spaces available after this date.<\/p>\n
