Augsburg has a software product called uAchieve that allows students, faculty, and staff to run a dynamic report (called a degree audit) to see what requirements students have completed and what requirements students still need to meet to earn their degree. Each degree audit is student-specific and reflects the student’s degree, program(s) or major(s), concentration(s), track(s), minor(s), Augsburg coursework, transfer work, and\/or exceptions.<\/p>\n
When reviewing the degree audit, be sure to expand the first Requirement (the one labeled “PLEASE EXPAND…”); many people miss it!\u00a0 The first Requirement contains critical details regarding various credit totals–both total credits required and total credits allowed. Read the green-status sub-requirements, too, because they can change to red if you are unaware of the graduation policy.<\/p>\n
