ADVISOR HOLDS<\/h2>\n

Once you have touched base with your advisee, you can\u00a0remove the student’s registration hold:<\/p>\n

  1. Sign on to\u00a0AugNet<\/a>\u00a0using your username and password.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on “Records & Registration.”<\/li>\n
  3. Click on “My Advisees” from the Records and Registration menu at the left side of screen.<\/li>\n
  4. Once list of advisees appears, check the “Enable Registration” box next to the advisee’s name.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Submit button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Course Schedule changes<\/h2>\n

    After the course schedule is published, department chairs or program directors might need to add courses to the schedule, cancel classes, or change course details. Changes to the published schedule must be submitted through the course change request form, found on the Academic Affairs webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Grading<\/h2>\n

    Faculty must submit grades by the deadline posted on the Academic Calendar.<\/a> Submitting late grades can delay a student\u2019s tuition reimbursement, scholarship eligibility, graduation, and admission to other programs or institutions.<\/p>\n
