The award recognized the involvement of those students. \u201cThe study and research of physics really is a community effort,\u201d said Emily Beauvais, president of Augsburg\u2019s chapter of SPS. \u201cSPS offers a great community for physics students to get together and discuss what is going on in the field.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>SPS has over 700 chapters and 4,500 members nationwide.
