Lindell Library\u2019s digitization lab team has been working with an impressive collection of projector slides and photographs that document women\u2019s athletics at Augsburg from the time Title IX took effect in 1972 to the present. With more than 7,000 images, this archive will become one of the largest online collections of women\u2019s athletic history in the country when processing is complete in Fall 2020. The collection was started by<strong> Joyce Pfaff \u201965<\/strong>, retired Auggie coach, instructor, and director of women\u2019s athletics who launched several women\u2019s teams and served the university for 43 years.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>[Web extra]: Use Augsburg\u2019s digital archive to find every Echo issue dating to the 1890s, as well as photographs, yearbooks, oral histories, videos, speeches, and more.
