This brings the total number of alumni to more than 28,000 people living in all 50 states and 57 countries around the world.<\/p>\n<p>We Are Called | Auggies!<\/p>\n<h2>Informed Citizens<\/h2>\n<p>The 2013 Augsburg College Commencement theme\u2014\u201cinformed citizens\u201d\u2014was inspired by the College\u2019s mission statement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTo me, an informed citizen is someone\u2014in any profession, living out any vocation\u2014who seeks information, digests it, and vigorously participates in society by putting their knowledge to a good, collective use.
