In 2016, the ESC was established as a official sub-committee of the <a href=\"http:\/\/inside.augsburg.edu\/universitycouncil\/\">University Council<\/a>. This change in structure has brought about new roles and responsibilities for the committee.<\/p>\n<h2>Mission Statement<\/h2>\n<p>The Augsburg\u00a0University Environmental Stewardship Committee is a body committed to helping the\u00a0University reach its goals.
