{"id":51896,"date":"2015-09-30T15:00:38","date_gmt":"2015-09-30T15:00:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/global\/?p=51896"},"modified":"2015-09-29T21:38:53","modified_gmt":"2015-09-29T21:38:53","slug":"extended-deadlines-new-help-sessions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.augsburg.edu\/global\/2015\/09\/30\/extended-deadlines-new-help-sessions\/","title":{"rendered":"Extended Deadlines &#038; New Help Sessions!"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>ATTENTION AUGGIES:<\/h2>\n<p>Did you miss the deadline to study abroad on September 30th?\u00a0No problem!<\/p>\n<p>We have decided to <strong>extend the deadlines<\/strong> for Augsburg students who want to study abroad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>October 9th for Short Term Programs in January!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Includes: &#8220;Justice &amp; Equality: Grassroots Movements in Nicaragua&#8221; and &#8220;Pottery and Mayan Spirituality in Guatemala&#8221;)<\/p>\n<p><strong>October 15th for Semester Length Programs for Spring 2016!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Includes: Augsburg&#8217;s Global Campuses, Exchange Programs, and Affiliate Programs)<\/p>\n<h2>GET HELP WITH YOUR APPLICATION:<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the new deadlines, Augsburg study abroad advisers and our peer advisers will be hosting &#8220;Application Help: Lightning Rounds&#8221; where you can come in with your laptop, and have an adviser help you through the application process.<\/p>\n<p>You can come to a lightning round, no appointment necessary, on the following dates\/times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday, 10\/5, from 12:30 to 1:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>Wednesday, 10\/7 from 4:30 to 5:00 pm &#8211; special session for Exchange Programs<\/li>\n<li>Thursday, 10\/8 from 12 to 12:30 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All lightning round sessions will be 20-30 minutes, and in the Nelson Room in Christensen Center.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ATTENTION AUGGIES: Did you miss the deadline to study abroad on September 30th?\u00a0No problem!
