I use a teacher-learner approach in my classroom, believing we all teach and learn from one another. As a practitioner, I have over 15 years of experience working with marginalized young people as an advocate, trainer, program developer and coordinator, and researcher in Missoula, Montana, and in St. Paul, Minnesota. My other practice areas include organizational and community change, and culturally-grounded services and interventions.
