He also works for Gwinnett County Public Schools as a Gifted Endorsement instructor, training GCPS teachers to teach gifted students. He is also a veteran AP Literature Reader and Table Leader, a participant in 2020\u2019s AP Literature Pilot Reading, an AP Literature Consultant for the College Board, and an AP English consultant for the Georgia Department of Education. He also coaches the Brookwood High School Swim and Dive team.<\/p>\n<p>He holds undergraduate degrees in English and Religious Studies and a Masters degree in Comparative Religions from Georgia State University. He did his doctoral work in Philosophy, specializing in ethics and political philosophy at Washington University in Saint Louis.<\/p>\n<p>Eric was a visiting professor of philosophy and religious studies at Georgia State University, Agnes Scott College, Georgia Perimeter College, and Saint Leo University, and has published book chapters and articles on topics in ethics, the history of philosophy, and political theory.
