\"\"Bree Smith currently serves as a mathematics teacher at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in Houston, Texas, where she teaches both AP and non-AP Statistics. She has taught AP Statistics for 8 years and has served as an AP Reader for the last 4 years. Previously, Bree has also taught AP Macroeconomics and AP Microeconomics.<\/p>\n

Bree is a lifelong Houston native and holds an MA in Economics from the University of Houston and an MSEd in Math Education from Purdue University. A passionate advocate for access to quality statistics instruction for all students, Bree strongly believes in the ability for statistics to transform the way that we (and our students) see the world. Many of her former students have gone on to pursue statistics-related fields in undergraduate and graduate programs across the United States.<\/p>\n
