In compliance with the \u201cTimely Notice\u201d provision of the federal <\/span>Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 <\/b>Augsburg University Department of Public Safety is giving notice of a concerning incident that occurred inside Anderson Hall on the Minneapolis Campus. <\/span><\/p>\n REPORTED OFFENSE:<\/b> \u00a0Robbery<\/b><\/p>\n Today, 4\/11\/2018, DPS received a report that on Monday, April 9, 2018 around 11:30 pm, a robbery occurred inside an Anderson Hall apartment. \u00a0A student was attempting to sell clothing online and had the potential buyers meet at their apartment. The victim met 2 males at the North entrance to Anderson Hall and escorted them to their room. \u00a0When the clothing item was shown to the potential buyers they hit the victim in the head and pointed a handgun at them. The suspects then took the clothing item and ran out the North entrance of Anderson Hall. \u00a0The suspects then got into a dark colored 4 door sedan parked on 21<\/span>st<\/span> Ave S (north of 7<\/span>th <\/span>St) and left Northbound on 21<\/span>st<\/span> Ave S.<\/span><\/p>\n SAFETY TIPS:<\/b><\/p>\n When selling anything online:<\/span><\/p>\n STATUS: <\/b>\u00a0We believe this to be an isolated incident, and it remains under investigation by the Minneapolis Police Department and the Augsburg College Department of Public Safety.
