BEFORE YOU CAN TEST<\/span><\/h2>\n

In order to receive accommodations from the CLASS office, please\u00a0<\/span>connect with your Specialist<\/span><\/a> at the start of every term to discuss your Accommodations Plan and have them email your professors.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to schedule an Exam\/Quiz<\/span><\/h2>\n

Please refer to the following instructions to schedule an exam with our office:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log-in to Inside Augsburg<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Follow the link listed to access our exam scheduling system: CLASS Office Exam Scheduling System<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Under \u201cMy Accommodations\u201d on the bottom left, click the link titled \u201cAlternative Testing\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select your course from the drop-down menu and click the button titled \u201cSchedule an exam\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. In the \u201cExam Details\u201d box, check-box the Terms and Conditions, and click the button \u201cAdd Exam Request\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Students should schedule their exams\/quizzes at least 4 business days before the date of the exam\/quiz (except in the case of pop quizzes). If your professor gives pop quizzes, work with your Specialist, professor, and the Accommodations Specialist to coordinate those. <\/span>During finals week, students will need to schedule their exams at least 7 business days in advance of the exam. <\/span><\/p>\n

    Students should schedule their exam\/quiz at the same time that is scheduled for their class. For finals week, students may only schedule exams at the regular start times specified by the official University finals week schedule as determined by the Registrar\u2019s office. To take the exam\/quiz at a different time due to disability related reasons, the students will need to contact the CLASS Office by emailing groveslab@augsburg.edu<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If a student needs to schedule an exam\/quiz fewer than 4 business days in advance, the student will need to get approval from the CLASS Office.<\/span><\/p>\n
