Please also bring a hat or be prepared to tie long hair back before arriving.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><strong>Age Requirements:<\/strong> Volunteers under 16 years of age are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><strong>Experience Level: <\/strong>No prior experience is necessary! All of our shifts are designed to be comfortable and accessible, whether it\u2019s your first time cooking a large meal or your first trip helping out in the neighborhood.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">Health and Illness Policy<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">The health of our volunteers and the community members we serve is our top priority.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"11\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">If you are feeling unwell,<\/b> please do not come to the kitchen. Rest up, recover, and let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our shift planning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"11,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Reporting illness:<\/b> If you recently worked a shift and have since become sick, our health inspectors require us to keep an official record.
