I Opt<\/em> is a leadership assessment tool used in professional development that will help you understand how you gather, process and act on the information that is all around you. This information shapes the way you approach leadership. To effectively lead others, it\u2019s helpful to understand the strengths and vulnerabilities of your own approach.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the workshop, participants will complete a short online survey (fewer than ten minutes). The results of this survey will be used to generate a personalized report that each participant will receive at the workshop. These Advanced Leadership Reports identify information processing preferences, providing insights into issues that people bring with them everywhere they go. Tom Morgan, a certified <em>I Opt <\/em>interpreter, will explain the <em>I Opt<\/em> model and help you get the most out of your individual report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To participate in the workshop, please RSVP by e-mail to Patty Park at <\/strong><a href=\"m&#97;&#x69;&#x6c;t&#111;&#58;&#x70;&#x61;r&#107;&#112;&#x40;&#x61;u&#103;&#x73;&#x62;&#x75;r&#103;&#x2e;&#x65;d&#117;\"><strong>&#x70;&#97;&#114;&#x6b;&#x70;&#64;&#97;&#x75;&#x67;&#115;&#98;&#x75;&#x72;&#103;&#46;&#x65;&#x64;&#117;<\/strong><\/a><strong> by Monday, October 7.<\/strong> You will receive an e-mail reply with directions for taking the <em>I Opt <\/em>survey. <strong>You must be present at the workshop to receive the survey results.<\/strong> Space is limited, so register soon.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>I Opt<\/em> survey and report has a value of $25.00, but we are able to offer it for $10.00 per participant in combination with the workshop.
